Some Basic Golf Exercises To Improve Your Golf Game


Get rid of the traditional gym machines. Traditional gym machines focus on isolating specific muscle groups. And other muscle groups don’t get a work out. Integrate some of the basic golf fitness exercises and tools into your routine. Here are some good basic exercises and equipment; the cable machines, fitness and medicine balls, balance disks and traditional dumbbells. These exercises and equipment allow you to move your body in a more functional movement.

Increase your core stability. When your movements are more efficient your power becomes more efficient. When you are out on the golf course you have an athletic posture for long periods of time. This requires both trunk and core stabilization and endurance. To improve your golf fitness; focus on the core region or mid section of your body. Incorporating plane exercises and posture exercises will help you achieve this goal.A fit core region will provide you a solid base of support for rotation. Also, your body will be able to properly transfer power throughout the body when you swing your club.
